At KeysLib, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the digital nature of our products (software license keys and IPTV subscriptions), our refund policy is specific. We offer refunds only under certain conditions where the product you purchased is non-functional, invalid, or not as described.

2. Conditions for a Refund

We will issue a full refund or offer a replacement if you experience any of the following issues:

  • The software license key is invalid and fails to activate the software.
  • The IPTV subscription details provided do not work and you are unable to access the service.
  • You received a product that is fundamentally different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. You will be required to provide proof of the issue, such as screenshots or error messages.

Our support team will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue and provide a working replacement. If we are unable to resolve the problem or provide a replacement, a full refund will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect Purchase: You are responsible for ensuring the product you are purchasing is compatible with your system/device. We do not provide refunds if you purchase the wrong product (e.g., a Windows key for a Mac).
  • Unused Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partially used or unused IPTV subscription periods.
  • Technical Issues on Your End: We are not responsible for issues related to your internet connection, device configuration, or third-party IPTV player apps.
  • Failure to Read Product Description: We expect customers to read the product description before purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the product is functioning as described but you misunderstood its features.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via our Contact Page. Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a detailed description of the issue with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots). Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

5. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
